It stops everytime and says out of bounds. It's usually the mesh_max or mesh_min. These are coordinates that you probe has to touch. You don't list your probe offset or the size of your bed. Op needs to make sure that RESTORE_LEVELING_AFTER_G28 is defined or else add M420 S1 to their start gcode. The mesh also needs to be saved with M500 after creation or it will be lost when the printer reboots. This page has all the info.
