I like the Ali'i because it has a separate check-in from the HHV resort and a private pool, separate from the resort. Both those things are very important to me in the massive HHV resort. Anyone that stays at this "resort" after reading this review deserves to receive terrible customer service at a poorly managed, outdated, overly expensive, and shoddy establishment.
