Spicy marinated crab
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper. Add in the lemon rinds and the crab legs. Using your hands, gently combine the legs with the marinade . Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight. If possible toss every two to four hours. Serve chilled with lots of napkins.
