Cactus is getting a 3 due to the fact that my husband did enjoy his food. I'll start by saying that I wasn't expecting AMAZING authentic Mexican food from Seattle. This was the first restaurant that we hit up in Seattle because it was one of the few choices of open restaurants at the time and within walking distance.
